Originally organized under Tom Bush, IT operations became a formal department in 2008 just a few years after PSFA began operations as an adjunct of the executive branch of SONM government. In the formative years prior, concerns of technology were performed by external contractors. Today, the former "IT Department" created by Mr. Bush has evolved into an enterprise-class model of operations known now as PSFA DSD (Digital Services Department).
