Contract administration services are provided by DSD with respect to third parties providing technology products and/or services to PSFA operations; collectively referred to as Indirect Services.
Third-party contract specialists are experts in a vertical discipline of technology. In addition to administration of technology contracts, DSD often functions as the single-point-of-contact for PSFA staff with respect to support. DSD may also act as consultant on technology products administrated by other internal departments.
